By using this kiosk you agree to these terms. This application is provided by Ventrax Digital on behalf of Mizuho Financial Group for informational and event engagement purposes at Bonds, Loans & Sukuk: Middle East 2026.
2. Use of the kiosk
This kiosk is intended for use by registered event attendees only. You agree not to misuse the application, submit false information, or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
3. Prize wheel
The Finance Challenge prize wheel is a promotional activity. Prizes are subject to availability and must be collected in person at the Mizuho stand during the event. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Mizuho and Ventrax Digital reserve the right to modify or withdraw prizes without notice.
4. Content
All content on this kiosk - including schedules, speaker information, and market data - is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Mizuho Financial Group is the content owner; Ventrax Digital is the technology provider.
5. Intellectual property
The Mizuho name, logo and all associated branding are trademarks of Mizuho Financial Group and may not be reproduced without express written permission. The application design and technology are the intellectual property of Ventrax Digital.
6. Limitation of liability
This application is provided "as is". Neither Mizuho nor Ventrax Digital accepts liability for any inaccuracies, technical issues, or losses arising from use of this kiosk. Your use is at your own risk.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
