1. Who we are
This kiosk is operated by Ventrax Digital on behalf of Mizuho Financial Group for the Bonds, Loans & Sukuk: Middle East 2026 event. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Ventrax Digital and Mizuho jointly in the context of this application.
2. What data we collect
When you interact with the Finance Challenge game, we collect your name, email address, and whether you have opted in to receive marketing communications from Mizuho Financial Group. We do not collect any other personal data through this kiosk.
3. How we use your data
Your name and email are used solely for event administration - to record your participation and, where you have opted in, to send you updates and insights from Mizuho Financial Group. We do not sell, share or transfer your data to any third parties outside of Mizuho and Ventrax Digital.
4. Data storage
Data submitted through this kiosk is stored securely using Vercel infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised Mizuho and Ventrax Digital personnel. Data is retained for the duration of the event and up to 90 days thereafter, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact privacy@ventrax.ae.
6. Cookies
This kiosk uses local browser storage to remember whether a user has already played the Finance Challenge (to prevent duplicate entries). No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
